If additional coins are placed in your selling order, the order will be processed partially and then completed in multiple transfers.
Requirements to place an order:
• Your account must have unlocked the market on the companion app/web app
• Have at least 200K coins in your account
• Ensure you have less than 5 unassigned items
• Ensure you have less than 20 items in the transfer list
You’ll be notified once the order start
Notes
• Once a selling order is placed, it may take some time to be matched, you can still access your account meanwhile.
• You will be informed of any price changes made on the current rate in case it occures before starting the order.
• You will receive a confirmation email before we enter your account and start the order to log out in case you're still logged in.
• You should remain logged out from your account once the selling order starts, you may access your account normally after the order is complete.
• Payment will be issued after the coin transfer is complete, during EU business hours. In most cases, this occurs within the same day, typically under 12 hours.
